The North German name Gösselbarg means Gänsekückenberg. At Gösselbarg itself there is a wind turbine. From here you have a wide view over the Wohlenberger Wiek. The route leads through the village of Bössow, where a small medieval brick church can be admired. Shortly before Wohlenberg, at a Soll, there is also a great view over the Wismar Bay.
In Wohlenhagen, the route passes by a megalithic tomb. In the village itself, there is an impressive manor house to see.
This route is especially suitable for nature lovers and is easy to walk. The Baltic Sea offers a refreshing wind with a pleasant scent of salt in the air.

The path leads from Wohlenberg to Wohlenhagen. Here you are accompanied by the Baltic Sea for a short stretch. Afterwards, turn right following the signs towards Wohlenhagen.
In Wohlenhagen are the megalithic tomb and the manor house.
From here, continue further towards Bössow. Shortly behind Wohlenhagen is the Gösselbarg. The route then continues to Bössow, where there is an old brick church in the village center.
Afterwards, the path leads back to Wohlenberg.

Directions
Leave the A20 at the Wismar-Mitte exit and turn towards the center. At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards Gägelow.
In Gägelow, turn right at the first traffic light towards Hohenkirchen. Follow the road straight ahead to Wohlenberg.
