Around the Zirmbichl

From Unsere Liebe Frau im Walde, following trail M. 10 northwards and westwards, first through meadows and then through forest, mostly moderately steep, up to Laugenalm (1853 m; 1:30 hours). From the alm, on trail 10 A crossing the slopes southwestwards, up to the south ridge of Laugen, over it up to intersecting trail 133, on this trail going left across slopes to Laugenjöchl (2050 m), from there continuing on trail 133, descending gently to moderately steep to the alpine hut Aler; from there, on the wide forest road 157 briefly southwards until the right-branching trail 26A; on this and later on trail 26 through forest with slight elevation changes to Laureiner Alm and then always on trail 3 in a long, partly flat, partly gently to steeply descending hike through extensive forest to the guesthouse Weissen Sepp and on the Höfestraße briefly northwards back to Unsere Liebe Frau im Walde.
