Circular hike on the mountain slopes of St. Peter in the Gröden Valley.
100 m west of the church of St. Peter, a narrow paved road branches off from the state road, which accesses the widely scattered farms on the mountain. We follow this road to the second large hairpin bend (about 10 minutes). Here signs (Lajen, Raschötz) point left onto a gravel path. We climb up to the Jos farm. Above this farm, we can decide for the shorter round (sign right - Raschötz) or the longer one (sign left - Lajen). Both paths lead up to the Lajener Höhenweg. The longer path now ascends quite steeply through meadows to Noflatsch, an abandoned farmhouse on the Lajener Höhenweg. From here we follow this path to the right. After an ascent, the path to Raschötz branches off from our Höhenweg to the left. It now begins to descend again and soon joins the shorter round, which comes up from Jos via Funtnatsch. Before the Lajener Höhenweg rejoins the narrow farm access road, it forks. Straight down leads to Pineider, left to Ranatscher at the end of the road. Along this road,
