Around Höfen

The fully signposted route starts and ends in the spa park or at the town hall of Höfen an der Enz. It first leads up through the picturesque Förteltal valley and then on to Brennerberg and the Wartwiese meadow. Upon reaching the Eyach Bridge, it's time for a little refreshment. Either directly along the hiking trail at the Gasthaus zur Eyachbrücke or take a short detour to the hotel and restaurant "Zur Alten Mühle" and relax there for a break. Returning to Höfen an der Enz goes via the Großenzhaldeweg towards the train station. The circular hike runs partly on narrow paths as well as wide forest and woodland roads and offers views of Höfen in the Enz valley. At the end of the route, places like the Ochsen invite you to enjoy a delicious conclusion to the hike! Due to the low elevation gain and not too many kilometers, this route is also wonderfully suitable for families.
