Starting point is the car park at the sports ground in Berg. We leave Berg heading north and follow the Tontenbach (mostly dry) downhill. Behind the forest we turn left and hike back up the meadow path, turn left and go straight ahead (past 'Hürth' with the flying horse) until we reach the L11. Over it and steeply down and then up again opposite. Zigzag over the height, past the end of two valleys (the second is the Isimut valley) and further until the Ross valley comes up. There we turn to the K48, walk 200 m to the right along it and left down towards Molde. We touch the forest at its northernmost spur and then turn right onto a meadow path behind it. Before it fully goes down into the Neffelbach valley, we turn left and continue to hike parallel to the Neffelbach. At the end of the meadow path left and soon right again and zigzag over the L11 further to the mill and Gödersheim castle. Before the castle we turn left and the next right again. We follow the path through a wooded area to a meadow and follow the forest edge (left curve) up to the height. The trail crossing is crossed and shortly after turned right, further down to the Wattlingsgraben. Here you have the option to visit the chapel on the Gallows Hill (there and back 1 km). We follow the Wattlingsgraben upwards until a meadow path on the right leads left around bushes. Before the next bushes we turn left and go south of the bushes straight ahead until we reach a small paved road. There right to the bench at the Breidel. Further left down, left at the three-way junction to the L250. Zigzag over it and down to the wayside cross. Here left, at the next T-junction left again and up to Berg. After the first farm we follow the paved road to the right back to the starting point.
