Named after the priest Anton Schwingshackl, this is a long circular hiking route.
From the parking lot at Messnerwirt in Onach, first go uphill to Hinteronach - at the hamlet "Wieser" follow the signs and you reach the Wieseralm - the path up to here is also possible on the forest road, as the trail is somewhat steep in sections but easy for experienced hikers. From the Wieseralm head south towards the Glittner Lakes and gently downhill to the Munt da Rina Alm (refreshment possibility). From there return over a forest road until you meet the ascent path again. Descent to Hinteronach and further to Onach, the starting point.
