About the Ans Circle Walk
The route was established in close cooperation between volunteers, engaged local citizens, and Silkeborg Municipality. The route is one of several paths created under the project Paths and Trails in Your Area, supported by Silkeborg Municipality and the Nordea Foundation.
In Denmark's Outdoor Capital, we want to support the connection between welfare, culture, nature, and outdoor activities with a focus on increasing access to urban nearby paths, trails, and routes and testing new initiatives that increase citizens' motivation to get out into nature and play, walk, run, and cycle in the local area.
Enjoy your hike!
