    Tips and suggestions

Finishing the route just outside Batsi, hikers can descend a little and enter Batsi, so as to find food and a place to stay for the night. Passing by Ano Aprovatou one might consider adding Aprovatou Circular Route (link) to the day's menu. That could mean a beautiful addition to the day's hike, plus a chance for a swim, plus (if the season is right) a chance for food at the reastaurant of Ano Aprovatou.
