After 4 km you pass the pancake restaurant Boerderij Meerzicht. The goat farm Ridammerhoeve is passed after 6 km and after 8.4 km you go over the hill that, at 16m, is the highest point of the Amsterdam Forest (12m above NAP). When you leave the forest again you pass restaurant De Bosbaan. When you start at the Amsterdam Forest parking lot, the walk is about 2 km shorter.
