Amaretti Path

This route starts from Mombaruzzo, a village famous for its delicious amaretti. However, we will leave this discovery for the end of the tour, because first we go to admire the surrounding territory from a giant swing; an excellent spot for a unique photograph, but also a way to get to know what surrounds us thanks to the dedicated memory pole.

We immerse ourselves in the Bosco delle Sorti - La Communa: this is a protected natural area of the Piedmont Region, classified as a Site of Regional Importance. The main reason for its protection is due to the presence of Erica arborea in one of the northernmost areas of the Mediterranean oceanic range. Thus we reach Bruno, its memory pole, and return to Mombaruzzo to finally discover the story of Francesco Moriondo, the amaretti, and to be able to walk inside his ricetto.
