Almsee panoramic route (accessible)

At the end of the parking lot, take the right forest road and follow it past a wildlife feeding area to the second fork on the right, which joins at a sharp angle. Follow this to the next fork, here with slopes up to about 10%, and also continue right. At the next two forks, keep right, where you meet the marked hiking trail 04+404+420. Continue until the marked trail to Deutschen Haus branches right, and stay on the forest road. At the next fork, keep left and follow the path downhill until you reach the main road and cross it. Now continue left on the hiking trail along the road, then shortly after turn right and follow the marked east shore trail back to our starting point; a companion is necessary for this section of the path.
