Both directions possible; clockwise may be nicer, but more strenuous to walk in the second and last quarter.

Roadbook
The hike first leads to the town center, but then immediately turns left down to Adneter Moor, which is circled about halfway counterclockwise. In Waidach, you head for the striking Alparella Vital Resort and now follow the signs (route 52). I prefer the marked route up to Lengfelden.
From the last farm, you hike along a forestry road through alpine-like terrain up to the highest point of the route (718 m). Now a first steep footpath and then a natural path lead down again to Unteregg and further along the Spumberg farm road to Waidach. Then it goes directly back to the car park.
