Description of the Minoritenkloster starting point: We follow the Danube bank eastwards towards Vienna and cross the Danube on the old Danube bridge. At the northern shore, do not take the first right turn from the bike/pedestrian path but continue straight. Then take the first left and follow the path that leads us into the floodplain. We cross flowing waters of the floodplain and walk along the fish ponds. We stay on the main path - at the branch towards Drahtwasser we follow this path (nicer for children) - there may be a few branches on the path - up to the lookout stand. Then left again, as the further path leads to nowhere.
Alternatively, we stay on the main path - both paths come together again. At the Rosenbrücke we cross the Danube again and follow the main road of Tulln to the roundabout. At the first parking lot we reach, we cross it and then follow the Tut Gut trail through the floodplain to Garten Tulln.
We cross the forecourt, a bridge, and then stay on this path until the Seerosenbrücke. On this bridge, we keep to the left and return to the starting point.
