Wheelchair- and stroller-friendly
7 km long contemplative walk with some beautiful scenic views
This 7 km long route is wheelchair- and stroller-friendly as it runs exclusively on paved paths.
Apart from some small very beautiful distant views, the characteristic of this walk is not the landscape aspect, but, as the name suggests, contemplation. The path passes numerous crosses, especially made of Rechter Blaustein. Six small chapels also line the way. Crosses and chapels remind us that the rural population was once shaped by a special piety.
Additionally, there are some contemplative sayings meant to encourage reflection. At the end, we visit the St. Ägidius parish church built in 1925. Let's simply take the time for a relaxing and contemplative walk where our soul can find peace.
