23 0921 Along the Oder slopes

Before the hike, the Klessin Castle memorial site is visited first. Here, senseless heavy fighting took place shortly before the end of the war. Afterwards, the route goes down the road into the lowlands. At the bottom, turn immediately left towards Wuhden. Below Wuhden, it then goes left on a cobblestone path up to Wuhden. The village is crossed and at the exit of the village a path leads to the Wuhdener Bank viewpoint. From here you have a nice view down into the Oder valley. After the detour, the route continues directly back to Klessin.
