1 Staufenblick

We follow the "Lohacker" along which after 50 m leads into Bürgermeister-Hertlein-Straße, where we turn right. At Immenstädter Straße, we turn left and behind the last houses we head to the meadow path on the right side that leads up the mountain. The path runs evenly along the mountain for the first 900 m before it makes a sharp right turn. On the south side of the Staufner Berg, a path on the right finally leads us to the summit, which we reach after about 300 meters. There we enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding mountain peaks. Afterwards, the hiking trail continues around the summit before we, passing the Kerber Alpe, begin the gentle descent. The end of the circular path leads into Immenstädter Straße, where we turn left. We turn onto Jugetweg, which takes us directly into Sanbühl. After a right turn, the path leads into Sonnenhalde, at the left end of which are the stairs to the hotel.
