Starting from Arabba, take the "Portadoss" cable car just below "Porta Vescovo" and then descend to "Pont de Vauz".
The "Fodom" cable car takes us to Pordoi Pass where after an easy descent you take the "Lezuo" chairlift going up to "Belvedere". From here, a long piste goes down to "Lupo Bianco" where you can rest before ascending in the "Col Rodella" area on the "Sella" Pass.
After a nice long descent, first take the chairlift up to "Piz Seteur" to connect with another chairlift to "Comici" Refuge, then further ascend to "Piz Sella", from where you descend to take the two-seater lift that from the summit leads to "Selva di Val Gardena".
The "Costabelle" chairlift and the "Dantercepies" cable car then take you to Gardena Pass where the long "Frara" piste descends to Colfoso; to reach Corvara you must take the "Borest" cable car.
From there, another ascent up to the foot of the "Sella" with the homonymous cable car to descend to Capolongo Pass. A chairlift then takes you to "Bec de Roces", where the piste to Arabba starts.
Shortly before the village, the "Arabba Fly" chairlift takes you back to the starting point.
