The path around Brdo Park

In the centre of Preddvor, by the Church of St Peter, turn towards Breg and follow the dirt track straight across the field. When you reach the village, turn right past the Ušlakar Tourist Farm and after a few metres turn left. At the end of the asphalt, continue straight ahead on the track leading into the forest. After a few metres, when the path joins the macadam road around the Brdo Park, turn left and continue along the forest path, which leads right next to the fence. You will arrive at the Brdo Protocol Estate, where we highly recommend a stroll through the beautiful Brdo Park, or just have a bite to eat in their café. You return to the main road leading to Kranj. At the end of the Brdo estate, turn right over the small bridge and rejoin the forest path around it. After a while you reach larger meadows, where the path finally branches off onto a track towards Srednja Bela (no sign). Continue along the road towards Preddvor, where at the roundabout you turn towards Zg. Bela and finish with an excellent lunch at Gostilna Bizjak. From their car park, continue east, over the little bridge, past the kindergarten, where you turn right at the crossroads opposite the transformer station. A few more turns and you are at the starting point in the centre of Preddvor.
