At the beginning the tour starts quite comfortably through the town of St. Peter. The first climb then follows over the Kammersberg up to the "Butterkreuz". From there the tour to the Greim junction becomes a little more pleasant again on a flatter road. From the Greim junction it goes uphill again on asphalt and gravel road to to the final destination of the Greimhütte!

    Tips and suggestions

The ideal time for this tour is from April to October. Information brochures are available at the various information offices.

    Roadbook

The starting point is the info point in St. Peter am Kammersberg. You drive to the fitness studio, after which you turn left. After about 200m, turn right again and cycle onto Kammersbergstrasse. You drive up Kammersbergstrasse, past the “Moar” farm and the “Buttererkreuz” (1072m above sea level). From here you follow the Landesststrasse through the forest to Pöllauer Höhe (“Schwarze Sau” intersection). Here you turn right at the intersection. Then you cycle left and drive along the steeply rising Greimstraße for 7km (2km asphalt road, 5km gravel path) to the Greimhütte.

The way back is on the same route.
