Moderate circular route on the Steinbockloipe. This variant of the Bödmen-Baad loop is prepared exclusively for the classic technique. At 7.2 km, it is a slightly shorter alternative for classic skiers compared to the 7.5 km long Bödmen-Baad loop [cl + sk].
The Steinbockloipe leads from the district Bödmen to Baad up to the Derratal. It passes through several loops over the Birkenwies, the Gemstelboden, and through the Wiesele.
It is notable as a very snow-safe trail, is relatively centrally located, and offers an impressive alpine winter landscape with trail sections in the Gemsteltal and Derra valley.
