- Consideration for others - Every cross-country skier must behave in such a way that he does not endanger or harm others.
- Signage and direction of travel - Markings and signs must be observed. Skiers must ski in the indicated direction on the trails.
- Choice of track - On double and multiple tracks you must ski in the right track. Groups of skiers must ski one behind the other in the right track.
- Overtaking - Overtaking is allowed on the right or left in a free track or off track. The skier in front does not have to clear the track but should yield if it can be done safely.
- Oncoming traffic - When meeting, everyone must move to the right. The ascending skier must make way for the descending skier.
- Pole handling - When overtaking, being overtaken, and meeting, poles must be held close to the body.
- Adjust speed to conditions - Every skier must adjust speed and behaviour on descents to ability, terrain, traffic density, and visibility. A sufficient safety distance must be maintained. If necessary, the skier must fall to avoid a collision.
- Keep the trail clear - If stopping, step out of the track. A fallen skier should clear the track as quickly as possible.
- Provide assistance - Everyone is obliged to help in case of accidents.
- Duty to identify - Everyone, whether witness or involved, responsible or not, must give their personal details in case of an accident.
- Please do not bring dogs!
- Protect the environment! - Dispose of waste in the trash bags. Please do not damage signs, huts, fences, etc.

Trains run from Innsbruck every half hour to Steinach (every hour on Sundays and public holidays). Then take bus 4146 towards Gschnitz to the bus stop Gh Alpenrose or Gh FeuersteinDirections
From Innsbruck take the Brenner motorway (A13) towards Brenner to the Steinach/Matrei exit. Turn right onto the B182 towards Steinach. At the roundabout take the first exit towards Trins/Gschnitz and continue to Gh Alpenrose or Gh Feuerstein.Parking
