"Wow, what a fantastic gorge!" These are words we hear again and again when we guide our guests through the Kobelache near Dornbirn in Austria. The Kobelache is also fondly called "Merlins World" in the upper section and "Kanguru Jump" in the lower section, which quite well describes the parts. Beautiful and mysterious with narrow gorge passages and later adrenaline-filled with several opportunities for jumps up to 12m high. Except for the abseiling sections (up to 23m), the principle "Everyone may, no one must" naturally applies to all jumps and slides in this gorge!

A wonderful route, very well suited for those who have already done canyoning and bring some fitness.

Depending on the composition of the group, we use the option to drive to the start point by car. Otherwise, we walk along the road to the start point.
There we put on the canyoning equipment and receive instructions from our guide from MAP-Erlebnis to ensure maximum fun and safety in the gorge.
Then we are off and the cold water flows around our neoprene suits. The narrow and winding gorge constantly presents new challenges that we master by abseiling, jumping, climbing, and sliding. The water has carved deeper into the rock, and the gorge repeatedly offers us crazy perspectives and views. The mountain water lets us experience canyoning with all our senses.
From the exit of the gorge, we walk 5 more minutes to the parking lot at the museum.
