A short stretch on the cycle path through Graz to the city center. Upon reaching the Mur, you cycle southwards on the well-developed Mur cycle path. From Feldkirchen, follow the R9, passing Graz Airport and the Schwarzlsee lake to Unterpremstätten.

The Schwarzlsee is ideal for a swimming stop, and nearby you can admire various artworks in the Austrian Sculpture Park.

Through gently rolling countryside, you pass through small villages. Smaller climbs followed by short descents bring you to Stainz – today's destination.
