Mostly downhill, the route leads from Reschen at the lake through the upper and lower Vinschgau to Töll
From Reschen, start along the west shore of Lake Reschen on the cycle path (lake promenade) heading south. Passing St. Valentin on the Haide, the path goes by Lake Haider to Burgeis. Through the town center and below Marienberg Monastery, it continues to Schleis and Laatsch up to the historic town of Glurns. The cycle path runs southwards, passing the Schludernser Au to Spondinig, then right towards Prad am Stilfser Joch. Along the Tschengls Au and Eyrs Au, you reach Laas, home to the technically unique marble railway that transports the world-famous white marble downhill. Past Schlanders, the cycle path leads through Morter to Latsch. Under the impressive Kastelbell Castle, continue to Naturns. Along the Adige dike, the cycle path leads to the destination, the lock at Töll (Adige weir).
