Away from busy roads, this route leads through a beautiful landscape northeast of Bad Birnbach. After challenging climbs, rapid descents, and peaceful village passages with sights such as St. Salvator with the monastery and the Church of the Trinity or in Tettenweis, to the Benedictine nuns with their famous monastery shop, the route rolls back to Bad Birnbach in the second section on relatively flat roads.
