The Végardó Bath is a bike route connecting the baths of Miskolc and Miskolctapolca. During a thermal route, you can cycle between two baths in a rural environment.
On this long ride, we cycle from Sárospatak along the southern edge of the Eperjes–Tokaji mountain range and through the Tokaj-Hegyalja wine region all the way to the foothills of Bükk. First, we travel along the Bodrog, then head west before Tokaj to reach Szerencs, where you can break the route into sections and rest, although here you will find a leisure bath instead of a thermal bath. From Szerencs, three major climbs await us in the second half, we cross the Hernád River and then the Sajó River in Miskolc via a small trail. The route leads us to the Selyemréti Beach Bath and then to the Cave Bath, where we can experience the calcium-magnesium-bicarbonate healing water emerging from the limestone in beautiful surroundings.
