    Roadbook

Your ride starts from the Richemer Cellar of Marseillan-Plage (large parking). Before leaving, feel free to enter the shop and ask for information about your route. At the roundabout, you take the cycle path towards Marseillan-Port to reach the 2nd Richemer cellar.

At km 2, you pass by the Domaine de la Baronne (Onglous), nestled between the Canal du Midi, the Thau lagoon, and the Bagnas pond. You follow the Canal du Midi cycle path to reach the Onglous point at km 4. This is a good time to enjoy a magnificent panorama of the Thau lagoon and the lighthouse.

You continue your ride towards the port of Marseillan alongside the Thau lagoon and reach at km 6 the Marseillan cellar, specialist in Whites and Rosés since 1934.

After a stop at the cellar, the circuit makes a short loop at the port and then heads back on the same path to the Domaine de la Baronne.

At km 11.4, you have 2 choices: either return to your starting point or continue to follow the route that takes you towards Agde along the Canal du Midi, discovering the Bagnas nature reserve. If you choose this 2nd option, you cross the canal bridge and turn right to follow the canal's bank for about 3 km.

At km 14.8, you leave the path and Canal to join, via a small road (watch for cars), the Lido cycle path (road to Sète and Marseillan-plage). You can see the vineyards of the Domaine de Maraval. You then ride along the Petit Bagnas reserve (located on your right) with at km 18.7 a small detour to the Maison du Bagnas. The Reserve House offers a guided walking tour to discover the surroundings of the pond and observe its birds.

After this stop, your ride comes to an end and returns to your starting point, the Richemer cellar of Marseillan-plage. Time to stock up on good bottles of wine before you leave!
