Roadbook
We start at the S-Bahn station in Icking. From there, we first let ourselves roll steeply down to the Isar riverbank. The track leads over the bridge of the Isar Canal and soon we arrive at the Pupplinger Au, where we warm up on asphalt for a bit. But soon we turn left into a forested area, pass Neufahrn near Egling, and climb the Veiglberg, a very nice spot for gravel riding. From here, a small trail leads down to the gravel forest road, which we follow all the way to Ascholding. One of the most beautiful sections of the tour, enjoy it!
