The path is hard to miss, as it mostly runs directly along the shore.
From Grünau to Schmöckwitz you follow the Dahme cycle path, then you first have to make a detour along the Oder-Spree Canal, then continue always alongside the water through Zwiebusch and Gosen. There are no signs to follow here, but if you stick close to the water and also follow even the smallest paths behind the gardens of the houses, you will reach the bridge at the Großer Strom (which really does not deserve its name) and from there follow the path to Müggelheim. Here you stay again near the water and easily reach Krampenburg, then continue along the shoreline path to the Strandbad Wendenschloss. If you have made it this far without a jump into the Dahme, you should definitely do so now. The bathing beach is a real insider tip among Berlin’s beaches: quiet, beautiful, pleasant company.
The end of the route is the crossing with the BVG ferry 12 from Wendenschloss back to Grünau.
