On this somewhat shorter route, we get to know the rolling plateau of the Teltow more closely. The tranquil Notte Canal, the medieval Mittenwalde, the Rangsdorf Lake, and the Dahlewitz Heath are stops that we approach with our bicycles and where we can spend some time. We will be accompanied by the trumpeting of cranes and large flocks of wild geese.
At Königs Wusterhausen station, we get on our bikes and first cycle along Bahnhofstraße up to the intersection Bahnhofstraße/Schlossstraße, where we also have the opportunity to take a detour to Schloss König Wusterhausen (1). For this, we turn right and ride along Schlossstraße until we see the castle on the right. Back at the intersection, our route now follows the street Am Nottekanal along the left side of the Notte Canal westwards for quite a while. Shortly after passing under the A13 motorway, we reach the town of Mittenwalde. We cross the Notte Canal on Baruther Vorstadt street and reach Yorckstraße. With a slight turn left into St. Moritz-Kirchstraße, we can visit the beautiful Sankt Moritz Church (2). Finally, we leave Yorckstraße and turn left into Am Pulverturm street, then just after that turn slightly right onto Chausseestraße towards Großmachnow. Shortly before Großmachnow, Chausseestraße becomes Mittenwalder Straße, which we finally leave in Großmachnow by sharply
