Bad Nauheim Stadtmarketing und Tourismus GmbH
Shortly after starting at the Tourist Info in Bad Nauheim, several impressive graduation towers are already on the way. Passing the Schwalheimer water wheel and Stangenkunst, you head to the Sauerbrunnen. Agricultural areas line the path. Time and again, there are wide views of the Wetterau landscape. Via Dorheim and Dorn-Assenheim you reach the Nidda. Just before Staden, the nature reserve "Am Mähried" invites you to pause. From a viewpoint, you can observe a variety of bird species here. In Staden, a short detour to the castle (town center, about 200 meters from the sports field) is worth it.
Now on the Nidda bike path (R4), you go downstream to Assenheim. Impressive manor houses and estates line the way.
You can experience outer space by bike on the Planet Path. Numerous info panels about the different planets are installed along the Nidda bike path.
Via Bruchenbrücken and Ossenheim, you reach the Usa river, along whose banks you cycle back to Bad Nauheim.
There are also plenty of places to stop along the way. Inns and beer gardens invite you to a relaxing break.
