Leaving the unique backdrop of Innsbruck, you arrive at Hall in Tirol, once wealthy through salt extraction and the princely coin minting.
The Old Town of Hall in Tirol is counted among the most beautiful medieval towns in Austria. Then the route continues towards Wattens, which features another highlight with the Swarovski Crystal Worlds.
From Innsbruck, the cycle path runs downstream on the left side of the riverbank, at Hall a footbridge crosses the Inn, and then along the riverside towards Volders. The route then leads across vegetable fields and the residential areas of Wattens and Schwaz, always on designated cycle paths or lightly trafficked side roads.
