Nice bike route over the Col de Piton from the campsite in Neydens. Detour to the summit in 10 minutes on foot :-)

Great round route from the campsite in Neydens. At the beginning, briefly on the main highway but with a good cycling lane, then continues on small roads. Many road cyclists around, this is probably a popular route. A dream in terms of landscape, great views of Lake Geneva and the Mont Blanc massif.
Author’s recommendation
As soon as you leave the forest, there are always great viewpoints.

From the campsite on a small road next to the 1201, then continue on it, but always with a good cycling lane. At le Mont Sion, turn left, then steeply uphill to St. Blaise, then follow the road all the way to the D41A. On the way up, you occasionally have a great view of the monarch, Mont Blanc. Shortly before the Col de Piton, there is a footpath up to the Grand Piton, worth it, great view of Geneva. And back on the bike, go along the entire ridge to the observatory. From there, back to La Croisette and steeply down the D45. Now just a bit up and down for the well-deserved glass of wine at the campsite :-)
