The Müritz is also called the "little sea." We want to see the scenic and cultural highlights. Along the way, we cycle to the Fleesensee.

From the port, we follow Strandstraße along the waterfront promenade. We turn left onto Kiezstraße, which soon becomes Gerhard-Hauptmann-Allee. We cycle past Gründerzeit villas on this road. We follow the narrow asphalt road past the Volksbad to its end. Finally, we reach the Kameruner Moor. A bridge takes us over a siltation area. We continue through the forest until we reach the federal highway. The bike path leads us to a forest path, where we turn left. We pass through the mixed forest through Behrenswerder to the shore of the Müritz and further to the holiday village of Klink. Here we come out of the forest and cycle along the lake shore to the town of Klink. The architectural style of the castle completed in 1898 is reminiscent of the French castles on the Loire. We then cycle along the lake path. Via Sembzin, we reach the church of Sietow-Dorf from 1344. After a detour to the lakeshore, we cycle via Sietow and Poppentin to Göhren-Lebbin. A lightly trafficked road leads us along the golf course to the Fleesensee. After a break, we cycle back through the forest to Göhren-Lebbin. The castle was converted into a comfortable hotel a few years ago. From there, we cycle via the villages of Wendhof and Grabenitz back to Klink. Beyond the town, we can follow the bike path along the federal highway directly back to Waren. At the end of our route, we visit the Volksbad. Here, the view of the Müritz is wonderful in any weather.
