Feierabendstrampler West

We start our route in Gerolsbach. From the town hall, the path first leads us to Eisenhut, Euernbach, and Mitterscheyern. At the Hammerschmid pond, we take a short shady break and watch the quacking ducks. In the distance, we see Scheyern Abbey.
We continue following the signs to Hettenshausen and discover a variety of storks on the banks of the Ilm, which find an optimal food source here. We take a moment to observe the storks from afar. From Ilmmünster, the route continues through Ilmried and Gurnöbach to Kemmoden. Further on, we turn off to Schachach and cycle past the Winter Linden tree.
We downshift a few gears and tackle the last stretching climb. After the golf park, the reward for our effort follows with a long descent to Gerolsbach. From a distance, we can already see St. Andreas Church and rejoice – we have returned to our starting point.
