0.0/0.0 Start at Blindenmarkt train station
3.4/3.4 On the south side of the station, we cross the federal road. 400 m south, then turn slightly right, after another 200 m behind a house, turn right at a right angle.
We cycle through Balldorf and Hermannsdorf towards Amstetten.
At the priority road in Hermannsdorf, briefly left, then immediately right and continue to Leutzmannsdorf, where we meet the Ybbstal cycle path just before leaving the town.
2.8/6.2 We cycle on it keeping left to L 6051, turn left here and cross the Ybbs. After the bridge turn left to the cycle junction at Hametmühle, where the Mostbaron cycle path branches off to the right.
2.0/8.2 We continue straight ahead on the Ybbstal cycle path to a road intersection near Freidegg castle.
3.4/11.6 The Ybbstal cycle path turns left, we keep right through Ferschnitz and turn right in Ferschnitz towards Senftenegg.
After Senftenegg either on the main road (asphalt) or from the end of Ferschnitz on a cycle path along the Ferschnitzbach (gravel) to Senftenegg.
5.0/16.6 In Senftenegg turn left and cycle 200 m towards Steinakirchen, then turn right and over the Wanger Höhe to the cycle junction at Wang.
7.6/24.2 In Wang turn right and before leaving the town turn left into Ewixengraben (= road to Reinsberg).
Gently ascending next to the stream to the roundabout 200 m behind Schaitten.

4.5/30.4 Turn right into the settlement and keep left, continuously ascending (total 250 meters altitude gain = marked hiking trail 256) into the alpine area (Mitterberg-Anzenberg) at the highest point.
3.6/34.0 Long downhill to the left to the railway or the cycle path at Randegg.
2.0/36.0 On the Meridian cycle path turn right to Perwarth.
3.6/39.6 Continue on the Meridian cycle path along the Kleine Erlauf to Wang.
Where the Meridian cycle path turns sharply right, we could easily cycle home to Steinakirchen and the starting point without "taking" the Haberg (Rudolfshöhe stone circle).
3.6/43.2 We want to do a second climb, so we continue straight into the "Lehmgstetten" settlement and along hiking trail 256 to the highest point at the stone circle on Haaberg.
2.9/46.1 Short return and descent or continue on hiking trail 256 to state road 89, briefly left, then right to the farmhouses in Zinsenwang.
1.9/48.0 Now we leave the hiking trail and continue straight through Windischendorf, then right to the noteworthy church in Innerochsenbach.
2.8/50.8 After 500 m turn right and via Knötzling and Weinzierl to the Ybbs bridge in Günzing.
3.2/54.0 On the Ybbstal cycle path 2 km to the roundabout near the Amstetten-Ost motorway exit. At the roundabout take the 4th exit and cycle just next to the Mühlbach to Auhof next to the football field, and at the roundabout straight ahead to Blindenmarkt train station.
