Everything except vegetarian...
The route nicely divides into two almost equally long sections. In the morning, you can cycle from Baar-Ebenhausen to the country inn Siebler in Egg in about two hours with some climbs. After the stop, it's mostly downhill back home via Feilenmoos. If your fitness isn't enough, you can stop again at the Fuchsbau after three quarters of the route.
Mostly paved roads, a few kilometers of gravel paths and on the way back, there are a few hundred meters on unpaved forest paths. All manageable with a normal touring bike.

From Baar we start towards Reichertshofen and cross the Paar at Gotteshofen. The residents of house no. 26 (on the right at the town exit) have already proven themselves as lifesavers and helped with a pump and tools. Very friendly locals!
At the intersection after the Paar bridge, turn right and follow the road towards Puch. We leave Pörnbach on the right and exit the Paar valley via the Geißberg. After mastering the first altitude meters, we turn right at the first opportunity in Gambach and soon roll down via Rohr and Waal to the Bratz mill on the Ilm. Just before Eschelbach an der Ilm we cross the railway line and make our way up to the transmitter mast of Kemnathen at the Holledau motorway junction.
Now begins the Hallertau. Along the hop fields, it gently goes downhill, and after a turn southwards (to the right in the direction of travel) to Geroldshausen. Directly after the Randelzhofer guesthouse, turn left, where after a much-too-short descent, the final climb to the lunch break already suggests itself. The real test, however, only begins one kilometer past the town sign, when the paved field path winds up along the edge of the forest to Weingarten. From there, it's just a short jump to Egg, where the well-deserved refreshment can be had at the country inn Siebler. Vegetarians won't be so happy here…
More than half is done, and fittingly, the guesthouse is located at the highest point of the route. Roast pork and Zwickel just have to be rolled down the valley now. Past Stockberg, once left up the opposite slope, then it goes fast down to Jebertshausen. In Wolnzach, if needed, we can catch up on the theory of Zwickel at the German Hop Museum and then cycle on bike paths via Starzhausen and Königsfeld to Fahlenbach.
There awaits a last climb for us at the town exit. It does disturb the flow, but it's no comparison to the morning's efforts! Caution: The turn right into the forest shortly before the railway bridge in direction Hög should not be missed! The B300 crossing just after Hög is a risk in heavy traffic. Straight ahead and then right past the small pond into the forest. After about 600 m, we turn right onto the gravel path, which leads us straight into Feilenmoos.
At the Fuchsbau beer garden, you can enjoy the sun with coffee and cake before the final leg along the Baar pond leads back home.
