Cycling around the Adelegg

Here is a tip for an unusual tour: The large loop practically leads around the mountain massif, the entry is possible almost everywhere, for example in Buchenberg, making warming up easy. The route remains mostly on bike paths and side roads, especially in the southern and eastern parts of the Adelegg, offering splendid views of the Allgäu Alps repeatedly. Naturally, some inclines are unavoidable in this pre-alpine landscape, but they are relatively gentle, so we do not accumulate too many elevation meters. This makes the large loop an ideal day tour. The dotted alternative route stays on paved roads – ideal for road cyclists.
