Cycle route Knonaueramt

The majority of this route lies in the Zurich agglomeration. Nevertheless, starting from Muri, you mostly travel through vast agricultural land. The delightful little valleys with their streams offer pure nature before you then reach Mutschellen on the ascent. The charming landscape of the Reuss valley with Lake Flach forms the conciliatory conclusion.

From the roundabout in Muri, take route 84 from Schweiz Mobil to the Birmensdorf barracks. From there, take route 51 to the Reppischtal, where a cantonal cycle path leads via Rudolfstetten to Bremgarten, further along Lake Flach to Unterlunkhofen, and over the Reuss to Rottenschwil. Then switch to route 77 of SchweizMobil to Aristau, before ascending on a cantonal route to reach the destination point Muri.
