Cycle route - Feldatal cycle path - Thuringia

Beautiful nature, historic town centers and wide mountain landscapes with wonderful views offer the varied cycling route. Various tourist offers are available on the route from Dorndorf, Dietlas to Stadtlengsfeld and Weilar (connection to the Rosatal cycle path). From Weilar, the route newly leads through Dermbach with places to eat and accommodation options. With a view to the "Räuberwald Ibengarten" the route continues on the former railway line to Zella with the impressive provost and baroque church, past the wood carving village Empfertshausen and the bat village Neidhartshausen. Through Diedorf and Fischbach you reach the town of Kaltennordheim with its visitor offers. Through the village of Kaltensundheim it goes to Schafhausen with a lot of wide views. Through Schafhausen, the cycle path newly leads through a forest area to Melpers in Thuringia continuing to Fladungen in Bavaria.
