Bridge Route

Route description:

The starting point of the circular route is at the Customs Museum in Habkirchen, which is located at the pedestrian bridge to Frauenberg. From there, continue on Blieskasteler Street to Zweibrücker Street, where you turn right. At the chapel, turn right onto Prälat-Roth Street. The street runs around the church to the outskirts of Habkirchen. On an initially paved path, continue through the Blies meadows to Bliesbruck, which you reach via Rue de Près. Via Rue des Près, Rue Pasteur, Rue des Jardins, and Rue de Millery, you reach the center of Bliesbruck. At the church, turn left onto Rue Principale, and at the town's edge, turn right towards the former Bliesbruck train station. Behind the station, you reach a paved cycle path laid on the former route of the Bliestalbahn. You cycle gently uphill towards Sarreguemines. After 3 km (former Blies-Ebersing stop), turn right over Rue de la Gare to Blies-Ébersing. From Blies-Ébersing, take the D 82 via Frauenberg to Blies-Schweyen.

In Blies-Schweyen, follow the cycle path signage over the Blies to Bliesmengen-Bolchen. In Bliesmengen-Bolchen, after a short ride on L 105, turn left into Schweyrer Street and at its end right into Eschringer Street. From the intersection with L 105, continue on Bliestal Street through Bliesmengen-Bolchen to Habkirchen, where you return to Blieskasteler Street via Grenzlandstraße, the starting point of the route.
