During this route, you cycle along the largest freshwater tide in Europe.
At the starting point, you can also rent bikes if you want to try mountain biking or an electric bike. During the route, you cycle along the museum island. Here you can get plenty of information about the Biesbosch nature reserve. For example, there is a large survey that shows how the tides work in the Biesbosch. As you cycle through the area, you pass different types of landscapes. There is a piece of polder and marsh. Besides that, you also find some forest areas and especially a lot of water. In short, the Biesbosch is a beautiful nature reserve where you can enjoy cycling.
