Drive from the hotel in the direction of the Zytgloggenturm. Turn left and cross the Aare to Schwellenmätteli. At the Ka-De-We open-air swimming pool, cross the Aare again and join Aare route no. 8. Always following the Aare route, you pass Belp airport, cycle through the Gantrich nature park and via Steffisburg to Thun.
