The Ardèche Gorge is a popular destination for canoeists and cyclists. The gorge is a great natural spectacle with spectacular views. The road runs above the Ardèche like a balcony to the most beautiful viewpoints. The route runs downstream, but there are still some uphill elevation gains to overcome.

    Author’s recommendation

A footpath leads down from the road to le Pont d'Arc.
