1 / From the Vélo Station, turn right onto the N21 then very quickly turn left to pass under the gate of the Arcourt castle tower. You join the D38 which you travel for 1.5 km before turning right towards the dyke.

2/ Follow the small road to the first crossroads. Turn right then join the D543. Follow the road to the town of Sénac, which you reach from below. At the intersection, turn left towards Saint-Sever-de-Rustan and its abbey.

3 / When you have passed the abbey, you come to a stop sign. Turn left to pedal for 3 km towards the town of Montégut-Arros. Upon reaching the first houses of the village, go up to the right towards the town hall and the village hall.

4 / At the top of the hill, continue straight to the church and enjoy the viewpoint, a chance to catch your breath after the effort. Then retrace your steps to descend the Lurus hill. At the first “Yield” sign, turn left and again left at the next junction. Follow the road to Villecomtal.
