Critically consider the south-facing traverse over the course of the day, as wet loose snow avalanches occur, and later in the season, wet snow slides occur more frequently.Tips and suggestions
Arlberg ski area infoRoadbook
From the exit of the Muggengratbahn, follow ski slope no. 10 "Muggengrat Täli" for about 50m and then enter the steep slope, which after about 100 vertical meters leads directly to the traverse. Then follow the south-facing traverse as long as it continues until it gently drops to the right about 50m before the weather station.
Here you enter a shallow bowl, which quickly becomes very narrow and steep. Immediately after, you reach the Flexenmähder with their generous downhill options. Terrain traps are clearly visible and you have the possibility to freely choose your line.
The end point is definitely ski slope no. 10, which then leads back to Zürs.
