From the mountain station of the Le Brevent cable car, descend about 100m westwards to the narrow and steep entrance to the ENSA couloir. The first 20-30m are over 45° steep and rocky, and usually must be rappelled (there is often already a rappel station set up). After about 20m, there is a narrow spot and a slight right bend; after that, the couloir widens and, depending on snow conditions, is nicely "rideable". The steepness of the first 100-150m is around 40-45°. The path to the valley is easy to find; near the end of the descent, keep left to cross back to the valley station of the Le Brevent cable car.
