From the Oberwalder Hut over the glacier to the Fuscherkarscharte. There, climbing of grade 2 over brittle rock. Then over the northwest ridge to the summit, also grade 2. At key points, there are bolts / sandbags for backup. Then above the ridge to the summit and back to the normal route on the southwest ridge. There, descent over scree-covered rock to the path and ascent again over the via ferrata (A/B) to the Oberwalder Hut.
