Nice, varied tour. Depending on your fitness, you can spend the night at the Bodenalm, which is now inhabited again and is probably not quite as run-down as some guides describe. Continue your ascent either through the right gully and then LEFT out of the stream straight up, or simply continue on the hiking trail to the Lahnkarhütte and cross from there. In any case, do not follow our track exactly - unless you are hot for steep scrub climbing.
At the ridge the trail is quite self-explanatory.
Descent from the summit in easy climbing to the first saddle, there down through the left gully to approx. 2,300hm. There orthographically to the far right and look out for cairns. On a ledge you will find a large and an orange flag - from here on follow the trail to the Kainzenalm.
.By the way, access to the Kainzenalm is officially forbidden by bicycle... However, prophylactically placing the bikes at least at the bottom of the road definitely makes sense - alternatively, an outstretched thumb and one of the numerous boulderers will hopefully help.

Author’s recommendation
The tour is probably most rewarding in spring, when there is still snow down to approx. 2400hm. Then you don't have to scramble over the scree.
If at all possible, it is better to start anticyclically - the tour is apparently quite popular thanks to Pause and Co.
