Difficulty: VI, spots VI+ or A1, often V and IV+ (ED) The vast and craggy massif of Cima Canali is divided into many towers. In the southeastern part is, in the form of an enormous pillar, “Figlia di Canali“, the daughter of Cima Canali. In front of it are two towers of this daughter, still unclimbed so far, “Il Corno“ and “L´ago della figlia“. A major attraction and special feature of the route is the ascent of these two towers. The first pitches follow beautiful slabs with many sand clocks. To reach the summit of “Il Corno“ the climbing becomes increasingly exposed. After two abseils traverse a ledge to reach the second part of the route. Here a descent is also possible. Surprisingly, this steep yellow wall can be overcome with not very high difficulty. You also pass well at the white patch of a bulge.
